2. How is the quality of the cargo guaranteed?
We have an experienced QC team of over 10 people. They carefully inspect every piece for quality and specification, monitoring the entire production process until packaging is complete. Third-party inspections are also welcome.
3. How do you handle shipping?
The first shipment usually departs 10-25 days after the deposit is received. We work with experienced freight forwarders to handle shipment and customs clearance. We also offer door-to-door delivery services.
4. Do you provide samples?
Yes, we provide samples free of charge. Shipping costs for samples are the responsibility of the buyer, but these costs are reimbursed once an order is confirmed.
5. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our regular MOQ is between 20-50 sqm. However, we are happy to discuss smaller trial orders to meet your specific needs.
6. What are the payment terms?
For amounts less than USD 2000, 100% payment is required before processing. For amounts over USD 2000, we require a 30% deposit before processing and 70% before shipping via T/T.
