The Jaw Crusher Machine is a coarse crushing equipment widely used in mining, construction, building materials, highways, railways, and other industrial fields. It is designed to handle tough materials with high efficiency.
The PE and PEX series Jaw Crusher utilizes a large-scale tilting complex style. It is driven by a motor through pulleys and an eccentric shaft. The moving jaw plate follows a scheduled reciprocating trajectory, crushing materials against the fixed jaw plate within the broken shield cavity. Finished materials are discharged through the lower netting mouth.
It can process various ores and rocks with compressive strengths not exceeding 320Mpa. The PE series is typically used for rough-breaking, while the PEX series is designed for small and thin breaking.
